As you’re setting off for the 2012 MedWish medical brigade to El Salvador, it will probably occur to you about 100 times a day just how lucky you are.When you meet people who own one pair of holey old shoes, you’ll look down at your own feet and think, “Man, I’m lucky.”
When you get back home where you can dispense clean ice water from your refrigerator, you’ll think, “Man, I’m lucky.”
